Previously, I worked as a Product Designer at 1Password where I contributed to the design system and shape internal processes so that designers and developers can do work, and replicate that work, more quickly and easily. I also got the opportunity to launch several new features to the admin experience, which include building experiences that help consumers and businesses migrate credentials into 1Password and more.
Aside from all of the design-talk, I enjoy reading about psychology and mindfulness, listening to obscure hip hop or anything 90’s R&B, and going on nature walks to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Product Designer
2020–2023
Designed, documented, and shipped 1Password’s first design system with 50+ reusable components and 200+ design tokens leading to automate processes and a gradual reduction of technical debt.
Partnered closely with engineers to develop comprehensive UI documentation and guidelines. Contributed to various multi-quarter initiatives to organically grow the adoption of the design system.
Developed and maintained the 1Password Design System Docs with design guidelines and standards simultaneously, while actively onboarded and trained 15+ product designers to adopt the design system.
Collaborated with a cross-functional team to redesign the CSV importer tool. Integrated several user-centric importing features into the admin console web application that directed customers and organizations to migrate credentials from another password manager to our system, resulting in a 65% faster import completion rate.
Reduced sign up drop off rate by 35% and increased sign ups conversions by 67% following the release, iteration, and optimization of the user sign up flow.
Designed and shipped a 0 to 1 subscription growth solution to increase subscribers and revenue in collaboration with 1 product manager, 2 engineers, 1 content designer in less than 5 months (requiring strong time management and prioritization skills).

Identified and prioritized MVP features through user research. Designed an onboarding solution that simplifies the enrolment and benefits setup experience for individuals who are part of an organization or employer to access virtual physicians.
Closely collaborated across disciplines (product owner, engineering, product managers, research, and content design) to scope complex requirements and iterate user flows and interfaces to improve the internal physicians web application.
Optimized and iterated on existing designs resulting in improving clinic efficiency and increase in successful user enrolment completions.

Worked closely with the production team and content strategists to design social media posts and advertising campaigns for many industries and services such as Bosch, Enbridge Gas, John Deere, LCBO, Molson Coors, Nikon, and more.
Collaborated with creative directors on a wide range of print and on-brand marketing collateral projects (such as print booklets, event booths with physical signage) to ensure quality standards from conception to production.
Assisted a production manager with the enhancement and designing of presentation materials to help the internal creative and leadership team visually communicate concepts and ideas to win new businesses and clients.
